Public Grievances


Grievance cell of CBIPM Project is to redress complaints received from different sectors from the society, on the issues related to the project. 

The grievance cell is functioning by prioritizing the issues for speedy redressal of public complaints.  Public grievances are received through Letters, Fax messages, Phone calls and E-mails. 

The grievance cell is also working in coordination with stakeholder departments i.e., APIIC, HMDA, GHMC, Irrigation departments in Ranga Reddy district and Municipal Corporation and Collector, District Magistrate in Kadapa districts to redress complaints received from the communities on the issues related to the project.
